3. Goods, after the purchase of which 14 days have not passed.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CANNOT ACCEPT REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES IF:

it has been used or shows signs of damage caused by misuse (chips, scratches, scuffs, stains);
the product is incomplete - for example, the cover or gift packaging is missing (as agreed with the manager);
individual engraving is applied to the product.
Goods that have been in operation cannot be returned or exchanged, except for cases of hidden manufacturing defects that have appeared over time.
