Exchanges and returns are possible within 14 days from the moment of receipt of the goods, provided that the goods have not been used and are in good condition.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CANNOT ACCEPT REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES IF:
- it has been used or shows signs of damage caused by misuse (chips, scratches, scuffs, stains);
- the product is incomplete - for example, the cover or gift packaging is missing (as agreed with the manager);
- individual engraving is applied to the product.
- Goods that have been in operation cannot be returned or exchanged, except for cases of hidden manufacturing defects that have manifested themselves over time.
The product is returned to the Nova Poshta branch, the number, and address of which will be communicated to you by the manager.
Delivery in the case of exchange and return is paid by the buyer, except in cases of detection of a manufacturing defect.
In the case of product exchange, the delivery of the new product takes place only after receiving and inspecting the previously delivered product.
Refunds for goods are made within 5 (five) working days after actual receipt and inspection of the goods. But in practice it takes much less time.
