🌳 The knife's design is inspired by the image of the Kharakternyk Oak — a symbol of strength, resilience, wisdom, and the unyielding Ukrainian spirit. The name refers to the legendary Kozak Mamai, one of the most famous figures in Ukrainian culture, who also holds a special place in Pavlo Derevianko's literary work. It is from Kozak Mamai that the Grey Order of Kharakternyks originates in the universe of "The Chronicle of the Grey Order." 🐺⚔️
📖 The knife is tied to the book universe of the novel "The Wolves' Arkan" ("Arkan Vovkiv") — the first book of "The Chronicle of the Grey Order" cycle. The events unfold in an alternative Ukrainian Hetmanate, where the Grey Order of Kharakternyks exists — warriors who combine Kozak traditions, mysticism, and the fight for their land. 🛡️🇺🇦
🎪 The knives of this series were first presented at the FANCON festival, where the entire festival batch was completely sold out. Thanks to joint charity activities during the festival, over 700,000 hryvnias were raised to support Ukrainian defenders. 🤝💰
