The Tanto knife is a representative of our collection of knives with a fixed blade, which has excellent cutting, chopping and penetrating properties. Its design in the style of American tanto with a sharp point and special notches on the ear provides convenience and precision when working. Each knife is handcrafted with the utmost attention to detail and sharpened using six stones for a perfect cutting edge. The standard sharpening angle is 40 degrees, but we can change it at your request to achieve specific results.

Thanks to the blade thickness of 4.7 mm, the Tanto knife can be used as a lever, making it a versatile tool in various situations.

The knife is made of tool semi-stainless steel X12MF (similar to D2, T30402) with a hardness of 58-59 HRC, which provides high wear resistance and maintains sharpness even after long-term use.

The handle of the Tanto knife is made of durable micarta, hand-finished in the style of "broken stone", which not only gives an aesthetic appearance, but also provides a comfortable and reliable grip even during intensive use. Micarta is resistant to decay, cracks and adverse weather conditions, which makes this material ideal for active use in any climate. You can choose the color of the handle from a wide palette, which will make your knife individual.

The knife blade is etched in iron chloride and finished with the Stone Wash finishing technique. This treatment gives the blade a matte texture with an anti-reflective effect, which hides small scratches that can appear on knives with a polymer or satin coating.

The individuality of your knife can be emphasized with the help of laser engraving. We will design the layout and coordinate all the details with you so that your order is made exactly according to your wishes.
