The knife has a classical shape with a wide range of uses . The size of the knife allows you to use it for chopping non-coarse firewood, it will be an indispensable assistant for setting up camp.
The edge is sharpened by hand by our masters. 6 stones are used in the sharpening process. The standard sharpening angle is 40 degrees, but we can change it at your request. After sharpening, each knife passes a test for cutting and preservation of cutting properties.

Veles from Prost Stal is made of semi-stainless tool steel X12MF (similar to D2, T30402) with a hardness of 58-59 units. according to Rockwell. Due to its properties, the steel perfectly withstands transverse and lateral loads, and the cutting edge remains as sharp as possible.
The handle is made of micarta and hand-finished in the style of broken stone, while maintaining special ergonomics for a comfortable grip during intensive use. Micarta is a material that does not crack or rot, and is also immune to the destructive effects of bad weather. A large palette of colors is available, which will allow you to make the knife individual.
Always dry the knife thoroughly after each use and regularly lubricate it with unsalted oil. Under such conditions, the knife will serve you for many years

The knife is etched in iron chloride and has a Stone Wash finish, which is used for providing a non-uniform matte surface and has an anti-glare coating. Most scratches become invisible, unlike knives with a satin finish or with a polymer coating.
There are also options with a polymer coating. The polymer coating has better protection against moisture and various types of pollution. Before applying the polymer coating, each knife is sandblasted. Next, the knife is painted and baked in a specialized oven.

With the help of strong and high-quality scabbards from Prosta Stal with a huge assortment of fasteners, the knife is easily and reliably attached to the belt, hip or equipment. Each sheath is created individually and all wishes are taken into account, such as: degree of wear, place of attachment, density of the seat (knife can be worn down the handle), color and any pattern. There is a belt attachment, a moth system and a hip attachment.
