📌 Order Process

  2. Fill in your contact details in the form
  3. Our manager will contact you to confirm the details (handle, sheath, engraving, mounting)
  4. Once everything is confirmed — we begin crafting your knife
  5. When your order is ready, you’ll receive a shipping notification

🛠 Each knife is made to order — we do not use pre-made stock

Return

🔁 Returns

  • You can return or exchange your item within 14 days from the date of delivery
  • The item must be new, unused, and in full original condition
  • Custom orders with engraving — cannot be returned

❌ We do not accept returns if the item:

  • Shows signs of use (scratches, chips, wear)
  • Was damaged due to improper use
  • Is missing sheath or gift box (if ordered)
  • Has custom engraving
  • 🚚 Returns are sent via Nova Poshta — the manager will provide the address
  • 💰 Refunds are processed within 5 business days after inspection (usually faster)
  • 📦 Return shipping is paid by the customer, except in cases of manufacturer defect
