🚚 Delivery

• Orders are shipped daily after 7:00 PM (Kyiv time)
• If the item is in stock — we ship it immediately
• Custom orders (engraving, handle color, sheath options) take a few days to make
• Domestic delivery in Ukraine via Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta (1–3 days)
• International shipping via Ukrposhta with tracking (7 to 28 days, depending on the country)

📦 Tracking number is automatically sent to your Telegram or email (if provided during checkout)

💳 Оплата

• Безготівковий розрахунок на рахунок ФОП — для України
• Післяплата при отриманні — з мінімальною передоплатою 1000 грн
• Замовлення з індивідуальним гравіюванням — тільки по повній передоплаті
• PayPal, IBAN, Western Union, MoneyGram — для міжнародних замовлень

🔁 Returns

• You can return or exchange your item within 14 days from the date of delivery
• The item must be new, unused, and in full original condition
• Custom orders with engraving — cannot be returned

❌ We do not accept returns if the item:

• Shows signs of use (scratches, chips, wear)
• Was damaged due to improper use
• Is missing sheath or gift box (if ordered)
• Has custom engraving

• 🚚 Returns are sent via Nova Poshta — the manager will provide the address
• 💰 Refunds are processed within 5 business days after inspection (usually faster)
• 📦 Return shipping is paid by the customer, except in cases of manufacturer defect

2. Fill in your contact details in the form
3. Our manager will contact you to confirm the details (handle, sheath, engraving, mounting)
4. Once everything is confirmed — we begin crafting your knife
5. When your order is ready, you’ll receive a shipping notification
