Personalized Military Gifts: Engraved Knives

Personalized Military Gifts That Get Used

A personalized military gift should mean something to the person who served and still be useful every day. An engraved fixed-blade knife does both: it carries a unit emblem, a callsign or service dates, and it works as a reliable tool for duty, field and everyday carry: a custom military memento knife that gets used, not stored. Each knife is handmade in our workshop in Ukraine and engraved for one person.

A Gift for a Soldier or Veteran

People order engraved knives for the moments that close or open a chapter of service:

• End of service or a military retirement gift from the unit or family
• Graduation from basic training, an academy or a course
• Deployment or homecoming
• Thank-you gifts for veterans: birthdays, holidays, reunions

What we can engrave

• Your unit emblem or patch, made from artwork you send us
• A flag
• A callsign or name
• Service dates, a deployment or a location
• A unit motto or a personal quote

We engrave the artwork the buyer provides and confirm every detail with you before work starts. We do not supply official military branch logos.

Examples of unit engraving we've done

Many of our knives have been made for Ukrainian units, with battalion emblems and patriotic engravings on the blade and sheath. See them in Award knives. We can make the same kind of piece with your unit's artwork.

How We Make Them

Blades are D2/X12MF tool steel (X12MF is the close equivalent of D2), hardened to 58–60 HRC. Handles are Micarta or G10, or a paracord wrap on skeleton knives. The ABS plastic sheath comes with a MOLLE-lok, Tek-Lok or free-hanging (dangler) mount. Many of these knives come from our Tactical knives line.

Make It Yours

Every knife on our site is an example. You can change the blade coating (black polymer, stonewash/etching or satin), the handle color and material, and the engraving. You can also add a lanyard, a fire starter or a ceramic honing rod in the sheath. For a set of gifts for a whole unit, see Double knife sets or message us on WhatsApp to discuss your order.

Shipping

We ship to the USA, Canada, Europe and other countries. Details are on the Payment and Delivery page. Knife carry rules differ by country and US state, so please check your local law.

FAQ

Can you engrave our unit emblem?

Yes. Send us your unit's artwork or a clear photo of the patch. We adapt it for laser engraving and send you the layout to approve. We work only from artwork you provide.

Is a knife a good retirement gift?

For many people who served, yes. A quality fixed blade engraved with their unit, callsign and dates is a keepsake they can keep using on hunts, camping trips and in the workshop.
